Today is a joyous occasion as a parcel of shear, sweet pleasure has just arrived in the post.
It is Skye Fudge.
My friend on Skye makes the most fantastic Scottish Tablet. She is a passionate foodie and I think this is reflected in the quality, texture & flavour of the fudge. I don't think I'm being biased when I say it's the best I've ever tasted but it is the best. If you don't believe me do go and look on her website and order yourself some.
PS. Incase anyone is worried about me scoffing the lot and being sick, sadly a couple of the bags are for birthday pressies!
