A friend and I went to York this afternoon as it was the food festival and chocolate day, what a wonderful combination and lovely weather too.
There were some great stalls, lots of European sellers and plenty of local Yorkshire produce. Sampled some fab chocolates, cakes and cheeses. Drooled over some delicious smelling veggie curries which I would have loved to bring home for tea with the cooking situation as it is but I thought it would probably spill in the car coming back.
We went to a demonstration of chocolate making which was interesting and has given me some ideas for festive presents.
